The Best Way to Start Your Day

Hey guys, I'm really excited to go on this fitness journey with you. I've always been a huge believer of taking care of yourself, especially as it applies to eating healthy and hitting the gym. However, I've decided to commit to going to the next level by working with a fitness coach. It has definitely heightened my awareness and focus to detail in the gym.

I have a long way to go and it doesn't happen overnight, but I think it's one of the best ways to take your personal growth in the right direction. Whatever your goals are, taking care of yourself - your mental and physical health should be the first priority. It's one of those things, if you can't take care of yourself, how are you going to excel at your job, or run a business, or manage other people. 

It starts with being aware and accepting that you don't know everything. The next step is to commit and educate yourself. Then it's go time. You have to be comfortable with failure. There are guys way bigger then me in the gym, I'm still learning how to lift properly, eat properly, etc. It's a journey, but it starts with you not being afraid to fail. I wake up every morning and hit the gym to get my day started. Tag it with meditation and a cold shower - you're going to start feeling like a winner fast.
